Chiara Berth has been a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar since September 2023, where she focuses on liability and traffic law under the guidance of Mr Thomas Machtelinckx.
She graduated with distinction as Master of Laws at the Catholic University of Leuven, specialising in private law.
During this course, she attended the optional practical course “Damage and compensation in the context of traffic accidents” led by police judge Luc Brewaeys, where her interest in traffic law was sparked.
