Bannister welcomes new generation of associates

Bannister lawyers is proud to announce the accession of four new attorney-vendors to the Bannister clan. Herbert Felix, Maxim Korthoudt, Thomas Machtelinckx and Steven Van Geert, all of whom have been with our firm for some time, joined as partners in April 2022.

Multidisciplinary power team

Herbert Felix started his career at Bannister in 2020. Both his impressive record at renowned law firms and his experience in private companies and financial institutions make Herbert a top lawyer in corporate law.

Maxim Korthoudt has headed the labor and social security law department since the firm's inception. A young, ambitious and committed lawyer, he combines thorough legal knowledge with a personal and goal-oriented approach.

Also Thomas Machtelinckx has worked at Bannister since its inception. As head of the liability and insurance law department, he represents his clients' interests with legal precision. His specific expertise and theoretical knowledge make him a reference in traffic law.

And finally Steven Van Geert, who heads the family law and family property law department. His legal accuracy, commitment and empathy maximize his ability to respond to the personal needs of his clients.

Charting a new course

Together with Bannister founder Jorgen Van Laer, these 4 new partners will lead Bannister into a new era. With the impending move to the iconic Hansa House the firm is more ready than ever for the future.
