Tom Vanbergen
Junior Associate
Tom Vanbergen has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since December 2023. In September 2024, he transferred to our firm, where he focuses on traffic and liability law under the guidance of Mr. Thomas Machtelinckx.
Civil Liability Law
He obtained his Master of Laws degree with distinction from the Free University of Brussels in 2023, with a focus on criminal law. During his studies, he also spent a semester at the Free University of Amsterdam.
For four years, Tom worked as a student at an insurance brokerage, where his interest in insurance and liability law was sparked.
