Offer mediation

Our mediators have expertise in various branches of law and fields, allowing them to mediate issues between individuals as well as at the corporate level.

Mediators are recognized by Federal Mediation Commission, which means that they can have agreements reached by the court homologated. In doing so, the agreement is incorporated into a judgment and has enforceable force.

In addition, accreditation guarantees thorough and quality training as a mediator, the mediator has an obligation of continuing education, and deontological duties must be respected.

Both individuals and businesses can come to us for mediation. Below is an overview of topics in which we can assist you.
