Chiara Berth has been a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar since September 2023, where she focuses on insurance and liability law under the guidance of Mr. Thomas Machtelinckx.
Traffic Law
She graduated with distinction as Master of Laws from the Catholic University of Leuven, where she specialized in private law.
During this training, she attended the optional practical course "Damages and compensation in the context of traffic accidents" led by police judge Luc Brewaeys, where her interest in traffic law was piqued.
Empathy and precision are two core values Chiara considers indispensable when representing clients' interests.
