Mediation

Bob has 15 years of experience in the public sector where he has specialized in the mediation of internal and external conflicts, such as those within teams, between managers and team members, but also between citizens and the government.

These years of practical experience were further deepened with Bob earning his post-graduate basic mediation degree at the University of Antwerp in 2020 and then successfully completing the specialization modules in civil and commercial matters in 2021 and 2022 so that he is now recognized as a mediator by the Federal Mediation Commission.

Neighborhood Mediator

In addition, Bob is active as a volunteer neighborhood mediator for the Municipality of Zwijndrecht.

Bob uses a very human and approachable approach and is always mindful of the parties' interests. His calm demeanor and strong empathy enable him to handle conflicts in the most appropriate manner. In doing so, he highly values discretion.
