Ward Reniers graduated with a Master’s degree in Law with great distinction from the Catholic University of Leuven. Part of his training was in French at the Université Saint-Louis.

As his training progressed, his interest in criminal law and criminal procedure law grew. He completed several internships, including at the Office of the public prosecutor in Leuven. In his master’s thesis, he examined the influence of technology on evidence in criminal law.

In October 2020, he found his match at Bannister. Ward Reniers joined the Antwerp Bar under the patronage of Christophe Van Mechelen.
