Thomas Machtelinckx is partner at Bannister Lawyers, where he heads the insurance and liability law department. He graduated in 2016 with distinction from the University of Antwerp as Master of Laws.

At Bannister, he handles cases within liability and insurance law, with specific expertise having been built up in traffic law (both civil and criminal).
