Maxim Korthoudt is partner at Bannister Lawyers, where he leads the department of labor and social security law.

He obtained a law degree with distinction from the University of Antwerp and has been affiliated with the Antwerp Bar since 2016. Being a representative of lawyers’ trainees in the past, he represented the interests of trainees at the Antwerp Bar Association and is also a member of the Conference.

As a lawyer, Maxim advises both employers and employees in all matters of labor and social security law and assists clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.
