Partner Herbert Felix obtained his law degree at the University of Ghent in 2008. He then obtained a master’s degree in “Droit et Fiscalité du Marché de l’Art” at the University of Lyon III in 2009.

He started his career in the corporate department of the independent Belgian law firm Astrea and gained further experience at Linklaters. In both firms, he advised domestic and foreign companies in the field of company and commercial law as well as in the field of private equity and M&A. Subsequently, he worked temporarily as legal counsel for the international auditing firm Grant Thornton, was legal counsel at the private equity department of BNP Paribas and is to this day the in-house lawyer of one of the oldest entrepreneurial families in Belgium.
